A self contained percussive probing / sampling rig, mounted on a remote controlled purpose built rubber tracked undercarriage, specifically designed for dynamic probing ( DPH, DPSH ), standard penetration testing ( SPT ) & windowless / window sampling for geotechnical and environmental applications.

The Premier Compact Modular as been designed to be the most user friendly strip down rig with no component weighing more than 65 kg. Ideally suited to working in the rail track and basement environment where the rig can be positioned by either carrying components or wheeling sub assemblies. The rig is also equipped with the Premier unique carriage swing system allowing the upper rod handling system to be used vastly increasing the drilling rate. The extraction process is equipped with two systems first utilizing the jacks (7000kg 300mm stroke) then switching to the mast pullback (750 kg 1340 mm stroke) which completes a full raise stroke in 3 seconds.
